This describes the physical access to the property in order to assist those with specific physical requirements

General Comments

The property is accessed from the main road by a farm gate that needs to be opened and closed behind you.

The house is 170 metres along a driveway that is suitable for cars

There is plenty of parking near the house

The house is accessed over 2 small steps into the courtyard.

The gardens are generally flat with lawns, flower beds and trees.

The canal towpath is accessed by a gate and ramped bridge

House and Dining Access

The House has 1 step and 1 small door sill into the main reception room.

All internal doors have 25mm high oak door sills

The dining room is on the ground floor

Room Access

Guest room 1 and 2 are accessed via a staircase with a 90 degree turn and one handrail on the right hand side as you go up.

Guest Room 1

This is accessed from a small landing at the top of the stairs

The shower en-suite is accessed via a door in the guest room. This door does not open to a full 90 degrees

Guest Room 2

This is accessed from a small landing at the top of the stairs

The shower en-suite is accessed via a door in the guest room

Mater Guest Room

This room is on the ground floor and accessed via a small step upwards.

The room has a small step across the middle leading up to the bed and wardrobe

The Whirlpool-bath and shower en-suite is accessed via a full size door in the guest room
