We are a “gastro” B&B, we specialise in vegetarian cuisine but are NOT exclusively vegetarian. Set in almost seven acres of the peaceful countryside of North Shropshire just three miles from the market town of Oswestry and alongside the Montgomery Canal, White House offers superb accommodation and restaurant quality cuisine from breakfast to evening meals. Overall our accommodation has been given a Four Star Silver Award rating by “enjoyEngland” and our breakfasts have won a Breakfast Award from the same organization.
All our rooms are en-suite and have LCD TV’s with Freeview and DVD’s, plus free broadband internet, tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer. The master suite has full Sky TV.
Enjoy a relaxing complementary afternoon tea or coffee on first arrival, either in the courtyard, the resident’s reception lounge or your room, as you please.
Wander in the almost seven acres of gardens and grounds or take a stroll along the Montgomery Canal towpath accessed via our private bridge then settle down to a two or three course evening meal in the dining room or your own room if you prefer.
After a quiet, comfortable and relaxing nights sleep enjoy a breakfast from our extensive menu before setting off for your day exploring the area, working or moving on to your next destination.
